刍议急性心肌梗塞护理干预中应用健康教育的效果

Discussion on the Effect of Health Education in Nursing Intervention of Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的分析在急性心肌梗塞患者临床护理干预中实施健康教育的临床价值。方法方便选取2015年1月—2019年10月该院收治的96例急性心肌梗塞患者为研究对象,护理模式差异为分组标准,设对照组行常规护理,设观察组在常规护理的基础上行健康教育。观察两组患者对急性心肌梗塞的认知程度、护理前后焦虑抑郁情绪、日常生活活动能力、患者对护理质量的满意度以及生活质量改善情况。结果经护理后观察组患者对急性心肌梗塞的认知程度、日常生活活动能力、生活质量明显较高,焦虑抑郁情绪评分较低;观察组患者对护理质量满意度93.7%,对照组为79.1%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.360,P<0.05)。结论在急性心肌梗塞患者的临床护理干预中,采用常规护理的基础上联合健康教育,可有效提高患者对急性心肌梗塞的认知程度、改善日常生活活动能力、提升患者对护理质量满意度。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of health education in clinical nursing intervention for patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods Ninety-six patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to October 2019 were convenient selected as the research objects.The difference in nursing mode was the grouping standard.The control group was set up for routine care,and the observation group was set up for health education based on routine care.Observe the two groups of patients'awareness of acute myocardial infarction,anxiety and depression before and after nursing,activities of daily living,patients'satisfaction with the quality of nursing and the improvement of quality of life.Results After nursing,patients in the observation group had significantly higher cognition of acute myocardial infarction,activities of daily living,and quality of life,and lower anxiety and depression scores;patients in the observation group were satisfied with the quality of care 93.7%and the control group was 79.1%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.360,P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical nursing intervention for patients with acute myocardial infarction,it is recommended to combine health the use of routine nursing combined with health education can effectively improve patients'awareness of acute myocardial infarction,improve their activities of daily living,and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing quality.
