人文关怀护理模式在职业健康体检中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Humanistic Care Nursing Model in the Occupational Health Examination

目的探讨人文关怀护理模式在职业健康体检中的应用效果。方法选取该院2019年7—8月体检中心收治的200名职业健康体检者作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为观察组(100名)与对照组(100名),对照组采用常规护理,观察组则在常规护理基础上采用人文关怀护理模式,比较两组的体检效率、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、护理满意度评分以及不良事件发生率。结果护理前,观察组的SAS评分(47.61±2.56)分与对照组(47.38±2.74)分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.613,P>0.05)。护理后观察组(30.25±2.71)分和对照组SAS评分(41.73±2.37)分低于护理前,差异均有统计学意义(t=46.567,15.596,P<0.05),护理后观察组的SAS评分低于对照组(t=31.888,P<0.05)。护理后观察组体检的总时间为(56.81±10.36)min,对照组体检的总时间为(85.92±11.29)min,观察组明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=18.998,P<0.01)。两组体检者不良事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.850,P>0.05)。护理后,观察组患者的各项护理满意度评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理模式能提高职业健康体检效率,缩短体检总时间,舒缓体检者焦虑情绪,明显改善体检者的满意度,值得大力推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care nursing model in the occupational health examination.Methods From July to August 2019,200 cases of medical examination were choosed as the research object,they were divided into observation group(100 cases)and control group(100 cases).Control group recieved conventional care,while the observation group received the humanistic care on the basis of conventional nursing care model.The medical efficiency,SAS and incidence of adverse events were compared between two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference between the observation group(47.61±2.56)points and the control group(47.38±2.74)points(t=0.613,P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS scores of the observation group(30.25±2.71)points and the control group(41.73±2.37)points were significantly lower than those of the pre nursing group(t=46.567,15.596,P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(t=31.888,P<0.05).The total time of physical examination was(56.81±10.36)min in the observation group and(85.92±11.29)min in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=18.998,P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(χ^2=1.850,P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care nursing model can improve the efficiency of physical examination,shorten the total time of physical examination,relieve the anxiety of physical examination patients,and significantly improve the satisfaction of physical examination patients.
