腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术围术期综合护理干预的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention During Perioperative Period of Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Colorectal Cancer

目的研究腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术围术期综合护理干预的效果。方法方便选取腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术患者作为该次研究对象,共40例,收治时间为2016年1月—2018年12月,根据其入院顺序进行分组,其中包括观察组20例、对照组20例。观察组应用围术期综合护理干预、对照组应用常规护理干预,将两组手术指标、并发症情况以及治疗效果、焦虑评分抑郁评分进行对比。结果观察组患者导尿管留置时间(1.22±0.44)d、肛门排气时间(1.65±0.12)d、进食时间(2.34±1.24)d、下床活动时间(3.22±1.92)d、住院时间(7.33±1.12)d与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=5.543、6.230、7.548、6.053、8.510,P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率5.00%、治疗总有效率95.00%优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.161、2.771,P<0.05);护理后观察组护理后焦虑(4.27±1.25)分、抑郁(5.29±1.23)分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=12.591、9.676,P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术围术期实施综合护理干预,能够改善各项手术指标,提高治疗效果,降低并发症风险,值得研究推广。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention during perioperative period of laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods Patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer were the subjects of this study.A total of 40 patients were conveniently admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to December 2018.They were divided into groups according to the order of admission,including the observation group 20 cases applied perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention,and the control group of 20 cases applied conventional nursing intervention.The two groups were compared with surgical indicators,complications,treatment effects,anxiety score and depression score.Results In the observation group,the urinary catheter indwelling time(1.22±0.44)d,anal exhaust time(1.65±0.12)d,eating time(2.34±1.24)d,getting out of bed activity time(3.22±1.92)d,hospitalization time(7.33±1.12)d compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.543,6.230,7.548,6.053,8.510,P<0.05).The complication rate of patients in the observation group was 5.00%,and the total effective rate of treatment was 95.00%better than that of the control group(χ^2=5.161,2.771,P<0.05);post-nursing observation group anxiety(4.27±1.25)points compared with the control group,the scores of depression and depression(5.29±1.23)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.591,9.676,P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention during the perioperative period of laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer can improve various surgical indicators,improve the treatment effect,and reduce the risk of complications.It is worthy of research and promotion.
