摘要
针对煤炭行业安全生产管理现状及国内外煤炭信息化系统建设应用情况进行深入分析,从三个方面剖析了当前存在的突出问题,研究探讨了基于多样异构数据研究多维多模态数据模型构建方法、多维多模态数据研究高价值特征挖掘方法和高价值特征数据研究智能协作云支撑平台构建方法的层进式解决方案,提出建立多维度多模态数据模型、高价值信息挖掘系统以及智能化协作云支撑平台,并分别对综合监控集成系统、生产执行系统、经营管理及决策系统提出了设计思路,围绕数据分析、数据库设计、数据交换平台设计三个方面提出了数据中心建设的相关要求。最后,从加强生产运营管理、合理安排采掘接续、提高设备管理水平、实现减人增效等方面对应用效果进行分析阐述。
In view of the current situation of safety production management in the coal industry and the construction and application of coal information system at home and abroad,this paper analyzed the existing prominent problems from three aspects,this paper studies and discusses the multi-dimensional and multi-modal data model construction method based on diverse heterogeneous data research,multi-dimensional and multi-modal data research high-value feature mining method and high-value feature data research intelligent collaborative cloud support platform construction method.Meanwhile,this paper proposed the establishment of multi-dimensional multi-modal data model,high-value information mining system and intelligent collaborative cloud support platform,and put forward the design ideas of integrated monitoring and control integrated system,production execution system,operation management and decision-making system,focusing on data analysis,database design and data exchange platform design.The relevant requirements of data center construction were put forward from three aspects,including data analysis,database design,data exchange platform design.Finally,the application effect was analyzed and elaborated from the aspects of strengthening production and operation management,reasonable arrangement of mining and excavation connection,improvement of equipment management level and realization of personnel reduction and efficiency increase.
