摘要 某电厂350 MW机组高压抗燃油油质酸值持续偏高,影响机组安全稳定运行。通过分析高压抗燃油劣化的原因,进行优化改造,实现了油质的扭转,避免了系统清洗换油,既降低了检修成本又提高了经济效益。 The high-pressure fire-resistant oil quality of 350 MW unit in power plant is frequently disqualified,the acid value continues to be high,which affects the safe and stable operation of the unit.In this paper,through analyzing the causes of high-pressure fire-resistant oil degradation,and the transformation was carried out to achieve the reversal of oil quality,avoiding system cleaning and oil changes,not only improves the safety of the unit but also achieve good econmic effects.
