摘要
为保证内蒙古双欣矿业有限公司5-1上及2-1下煤层实现自动化、智能化开采,通过研究矿井煤层赋存特征及开采技术条件,模拟了不同支架的支护强度,确定了合理的工作面参数和液压支架参数,根据三机配套原则合理选择工作面相关配套设备,从而保证了矿井高产量、高智能化、高可靠性和高效率的目标。
In order to ensure the automatic and intelligent mining of 5-1 upper coal seam and 2-1 lower coal seam of Inner Mongolia Shuangxin Mining Co.,Ltd.,this paper firstly determined the reasonable working face parameters by studying the occurrence characteristics and mining technical conditions of the coal mine;secondly,it determined the reasonable hydraulic support parameters by simulating the supporting strength of different supports;finally,according to the matching principle of three machines,the related supporting equipment of working face was selected reasonably.The application of these method has ensure the high output,high intelligence,high reliability and high efficiency of the mine.
