急斜特厚煤分层综放面自燃火灾治理技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决急斜特厚煤层分层综放工作面煤自燃灾害严重,防治难度大的问题,以5521-15工作面煤自燃火灾治理为例,分析了分层综放面自然发火原因,预测了主要自然发火的位置,依此制定了采空区埋管与高位钻孔灌注三相泡沫灭火,工作面均压堵漏和快速推进防火相结合的综合治理措施。经现场应用,快速有效的消除了采空区立体隐蔽自燃火灾隐患,保障了工作面的安全生产。 In order to solve the serious problem of spontaneous combustion of coal in the fully-mechanized top coal caving face of steep inclined thick coal seam and the difficulty of prevention and control,taked the treatment of coal spontaneous combustion in the 5521-15 working face as an example,the cause of spontaneous combustion in the fully-mechanized top coal caving face was analyzed,and the location of the main spontaneous combustion was predicted.Based on this,the three-phase foam fire extinguishing in the gob area and the high position borehole was worked out,and the pressure plugging and fast fire prevention at the working face were carried out.Combined with comprehensive control measures.Through field application,the hidden danger of spontaneous combustion in goaf was eliminated quickly and effectively,and the safety production of working face was ensured.
