浅析宁夏鸳鸯湖矿区2煤煤质特征及洁净等级划分

Analysis on coal quality characteristics and Cleanliness classification of No.2 Coal Seam in Yuanyanghu mining area of Ningxia

收集鸳鸯湖矿区以往勘查工作中施工钻孔资料,统计煤样化验数据,对侏罗系中统延安组2煤煤岩特征、灰分、挥发分、全硫、有害元素等进行分析,得出鸳鸯湖矿区2煤宏观煤岩组分以暗煤、亮煤为主,属特低灰和低灰、特低硫—中高硫、中高挥发分煤。根据煤炭清洁利用潜势评价体系,选取主要评价因子,划分出鸳鸯湖矿区2煤的洁净等级。原煤总体洁净等级为Ⅲ级,浮煤总体洁净等级为Ⅱ级,对煤炭分质、分级、清洁、高效利用具有指导意义。

Based on the data of drilling holes in Yuanyanghu mining area in the past,this paper analysed the coal petrographic characteristics,ash content,volatile matter,total sulfur and harmful elements of the second coal seam of the Middle Jurassic Yan'an formation.According to the evaluation system of coal clean utilization potential,the main evaluation factors are selected and the cleanliness of No.2 Coal Seam in Yuanyanghu mining area is divided Level.Coal 2 in Yuanyanghu mining area is mainly composed of dark coal and bright coal,belonging to ultra-low ash,low ash,ultra-low sulfur to medium high sulfur and medium high volatile coal.The overall cleanliness grade of raw coal is grade III and that of float coal is grade II.It has guiding significance for coal quality classification,clean and efficient utilization.
