肿瘤特异生长因子检测在恶性肿瘤诊断及治疗中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Tumor Specific Growth Factor Detection in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Malignant Tumor

目的:探讨肿瘤特异生长因子检测在恶性肿瘤诊断及治疗中的应用分析。方法:选取2017年1月~2019年1月某院收治的恶性肿瘤患者86例作为研究组,并抽取某院同期接受健康体检者20例作为对照组,分析肿瘤特异生长因子在不同疾病类型中的表达差异以及治疗后患者肿瘤特异生长因子表达变化情况。结果:研究组恶性肿瘤特异生长因子高于对照组(P<0.05),不同恶性肿瘤类型中恶性肿瘤特异生长因子水平无明显差异(P>0.05);研究组治疗后恶性肿瘤特异生长因子低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:在对恶性肿瘤进行诊断时,通过对肿瘤特异生长因子进行检测,可以对恶性肿瘤进行初步诊断,可以在临床中进行推广应用。

Objective:To explore the application analysis of tumor-specific growth factor detection in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors.Methods:86 cases of malignant tumor patients admitted to a hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research group,and 20 cases of healthy patients admitted to a hospital during the same period were selected as the control group to analyze the expression differences of tumor-specific growth factor in different disease types and the changes of tumor-specific growth factor expression in patients after treatment.Results:The specific growth factor of malignant tumor in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the level of specific growth factor in different types of malignant tumors(P>0.05).The specific growth factor of malignant tumor in the research group was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of malignant tumors,the detection of tumor specific growth factor can be used for the preliminary diagnosis of malignant tumors,which can be widely used in clinical practice.
