经尿道电切术治疗对老年膀胱癌患者临床疗效与手术时间、术中出血量的影响

Effects of Transurethral Resection on the Clinical Efficacy,Operative Time and Intraoperative Blood Loss of Elderly Patients with Bladder Cancer

目的:探讨经尿道电切术治疗对老年膀胱癌患者临床疗效与手术时间、术中出血量的影响。方法:选取2016年1月~2019年12月某院收治的78例膀胱癌患者为研究对象,采用双盲随机法将其分为对照组和研究组各39例,对照组给予膀胱部分切除术治疗,研究组给予经尿道电切术治疗,比较两组患者术中出血量、手术时间差异、术后并发症发生率。结果:研究组术中出血量和手术时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道膀胱癌电切术治疗有助于减少手术时间以及术中出血量,减少术后并发症,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effects of transurethral resection on the clinical efficacy,operative time and intraoperative blood loss of elderly patients with bladder cancer.Methods:A total of 78 patients with bladder cancer admitted to a hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected as study subjects and divided into control group(39 cases)and study group(39 cases)by double-blind random method.The control group was treated with partial cystectomy,while the study group was treated with transurethral resection,then the intraoperative blood loss,operative time difference and postoperative complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The amount of bleeding and operation time in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transurethral resection of bladder cancer is helpful to reduce the operative time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
