熊去氧胆酸联合S-腺苷蛋氨酸治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Ursodeoxycholic Acid Combined with Sadenosyl-L-methionine in the Treatment of Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy

目的:探讨熊去氧胆酸联合S-腺苷蛋氨酸治疗ICP的临床疗效。方法:将符合相应标准的111例患者按就诊顺序入观察组、对照1组、对照2组各37例,对照1组给予UDCA,对照2组给予SAMe,观察组给予UDCA联合SAMe,共治疗2周。结果:在瘙痒评分、肝功能、分子性指标的比较上,各组与治疗前相比均有不同程度的降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);且与对照1组或对照2组相比,经治疗后观察组的降低程度更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:采用UDCA联合SAMe治疗ICP的临床疗效显著,且能够有效降低患者的PLTP、IL-12、IL-18等指标。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of ursodeoxycholic acid combined with sadenosyl-L-methionine in the treatment of ICP.Methods:111 patients who met the corresponding criteria were enrolled into the observation group,control group 1 and control group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group 1 was given UDCA,control group 2 was given SAMe,and the observation group was given UDCA combined with SAMe for a total of 2 weeks of treatment.Results:In comparison of pruritus score,liver function and molecular indexes,each group had different degrees of reduction compared with before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and compared with control group 1 or control group 2,the decrease of the observation group was more obvious after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of UDCA combined with SAMe in the treatment of ICP is significant,and it can effectively reduce the PLTP,IL-12,IL-18 and other indicators of patients.
