摘要
目的:探讨杞菊地黄丸配合针刺阳陵泉对帕金森病的防治作用及可能的神经保护机制。方法:采用6-羟基多巴胺(6-OHDA)注射于脑右侧黑质造成偏侧PD模型。中医综合治疗组用杞菊地黄丸2g/kg灌胃并针刺阳陵泉穴,连续给药4周,此外设立正常对照组、左旋多巴阳性对照组,观察PD大鼠谷胱甘肽(GSH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)表达。结果:PD模型鼠进行中医综合治疗后,GSH、SOD含量,BDNF表达量均明显升高。结论:杞菊地黄丸配合针刺阳陵泉能明显改善PD模型大鼠的抗氧化能力,且有一定的神经保护功能。
Objective:To investigate the preventive effect and possible neuroprotective mechanism of Qiju Dihuang pills combined with acupuncture at Yanglingquan on Parkinson's disease.Methods:PD model was induced by injection of 6-hydroxydopamine(6-OHDA)into the right side of the brain.The TCM comprehensive treatment group was treated with Qiju Dihuang pills(2g/kg)combined with acupuncture at Yanglingquan points for 4 weeks.In addition,a normal control group and a levodopa positive control group were established.The expression of glutathione(GSH),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in PD rats were observed.Results:GSH,SOD content and BDNF expression were significantly increased in PD model rats after comprehensive Chinese medicine treatment.Conclusion:Qiju Dihuang pills combined with acupuncture at Yanglingquan can significantly improve the antioxidant capacity of PD model rats,and has certain neuroprotective functions.
