泼尼松联合低分子肝素治疗小儿肾病综合征的疗效及对肾功能指标的影响分析

Effect of Prednisone Combined with Low Molecular Weight Heparin on Renal Syndrome in Children and Its Effect on Renal Function

目的:分析研讨泼尼松联合低分子肝素治疗小儿肾病综合征的疗效及对肾功能指标的影响。方法:随机从某院2016年4月~2018年11月期间收治的小儿肾病综合征患儿中抽取80例进行讨论,按治疗方式分为研究组40例(泼尼松联合低分子肝素治疗)和对照组40例(泼尼松治疗),观察比较两组疗效。结果:研究组治疗疗效92.50%高于对照组60%(P<0.05);治疗前组间肾功能指标差异不显著(P>0.05),治疗后研究组血肌酐清除率高于对照组,血尿素氮、血清肌酐低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小儿肾病综合征接受泼尼松联合低分子肝素治疗,可显著改善其肾功能,疗效明显。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of prednisone combined with low molecular weight heparin on nephrotic syndrome in children and its influence on renal function.Methods:80 children with nephrotic syndrome admitted in a hospital from April 2016 to November 2018 were randomly selected and divided into study group(40 cases,prednisone combined with low-molecular-weight heparin)and control group(40 cases,prednisone treatment)according to the treatment method.The curative effect were observed and compared.Results:The therapeutic effect of the study group was 92.50%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was little difference in renal function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the clearance rate of serum creatinine in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prednisone combined with low molecular weight heparin can significantly improve renal function in children with nephrotic syndrome,with obvious curative effect.
