琥珀酸美托洛尔联合替格瑞洛治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效探讨

Clinical Effect of Metoprolol Succinate Combined with Ticagrelor in the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的:观察琥珀酸美托洛尔联合替格瑞洛用于不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)临床治疗的效果。方法:选择2017年5月~2019年1月期间收治的82例UAP患者,依照随机数字表法分为Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组各41例,均予以替格瑞洛治疗治疗,Ⅱ组联合琥珀酸美托洛尔,对比两组用药效果。结果:Ⅱ组病患心绞痛症状与心电图改善总有效率分别为90.2%、92.7%,均高于Ⅰ组的70.7%、75.6%,均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,Ⅱ组患者血清炎性因子水平改善效果比Ⅰ组更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:UAP患者积极接受琥珀酸美托洛尔联合替格瑞洛方案治疗,疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the effect of metoprolol succinate combined with ticagrelor in the clinical treatment of unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods:Eighty-two UAP patients admitted to a hospital from May 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into group I and group II according to the random number table method,with 41 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with ticagrelor,and the group II was combined with metoprolol succinate,then the effect of medication between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rates of angina pectoris symptoms and electrocardiogram improvement in group II patients were 90.2%and 92.7%,respectively,which were higher than those in group I(70.7%,75.6%),both of which were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement effect of serum inflammatory factor level in group II was more significant than that in group I(P<0.05).Conclusion:That UAP patients are actively treated with metoprolol succinate combined with ticagrelor has definite curative effect and is worthy of promotion.
