替罗非班联合依诺肝素对急性心肌梗死患者心功能的影响

Effect of Tirofiban Combined with Enoxaparin on Cardiac Function in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的:探讨替罗非班联合依诺肝素治疗急性心肌梗死的疗效及对心功能的影响。方法:选择某院2017年7月~2018年6月间收治的78例急性心肌梗死患者,随机将其分为对照组和观察组各39例。观察组采用替罗非班联合依诺肝素治疗,对照组采用依诺肝素治疗,比较两组治疗前后PLT、心功能变化、临床不良反应及疗效情况。结果:观察组总有效率89.74%(35/39)高于对照组71.79%(28/35)(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前LVEF、LVEDF、PLT比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组LVEF升高,LVEDF、PLT均降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后LVEF高于对照组,LVEDF低于对照组,PLT下降程度低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:替罗非班联合依诺肝素可显著改善急性心肌梗死患者心功能,抑制血小板活化程度,临床疗效确切,可推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of tirofiban combined with enoxaparin on acute myocardial infarction and cardiac function.Methods:78 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to a hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with tirofiban combined with enoxaparin,while the control group was treated with enoxaparin.PLT,cardiac function changes,clinical adverse reactions and therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.74%(35/39),which was higher than that of the control group(71.79%,28/35)(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in LVEF,LVEDF and PLT between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the LVEF of the two groups increased,while the LVEDF and PLT decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,the LVEF of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the LVEDF was lower than that of the control group.The decrease of PLT in the control group was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tirofiban combined with enoxaparin can significantly improve cardiac function and inhibit platelet activation in patients with acute myocardial infarction,which has definite clinical effect and can be popularized and applied.
