This paper analyzes the current situation,advantages and problems of online teaching in China's universities after the outbreak of the COVID-19,explains the key factors affecting the effect of online teaching from the perspective of College Students'psychological quality,and puts forward countermeasures from the reform of mixed teaching and talent training mode.
