反硝化液回流比对BBSNP工艺脱氮除磷效能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以上海某城镇污水处理厂沉砂池出水为原水,对具有反硝化脱氮除磷特点的BBSNP工艺进行了生产性试验研究,着重分析了反硝化液回流比对BBSNP工艺脱氮除磷效能的影响。试验结果表明:当反硝化液回流比由150%提高至200%时,厌氧池的释磷倍数和COD去除率分别由1.91倍和60.46%提升至4.05倍和69.89%,生化池TP去除率由91.77%提升至97.33%,厌氧池释磷、缺氧池反硝化除磷和好氧池吸磷的效能均得到了较大的提高,同时强化了缺氧池对TN的去除效能,生化池TN去除率由69.34%提升至74.23%,说明反硝化液回流比对BBSNP工艺的脱氮除磷效能影响较大。当反硝化液回流比由200%提高至250%时,生化池TN和TP去除率的提高并不明显。综合考虑BBSNP工艺的脱氮除磷效能和经济性,确定最佳的反硝化液回流比为200%。 The research carried out a production experiment using the BBSNP with denitrifying nitrogen and phosphorus removal characteristic whose influent was from a grit chamber of a municipal wastewater treatment plant in Shanghai.This paper focuses on the effect of denitrifying liquor recycle ratio on the performance of nitrogen and phosphorus removal in BBSNP.The research results showed that the denitrifying liquor recycle ratio had a great influence on the performance of nitrogen and phosphorus removal.The research results showed that the phosphorus release ratio and COD removal efficiency of anaerobic section increased from 1.91 and 60.46%to 4.05 and69.89%with denitrifying liquor recycle ratio improving from 150%to 200%,and the TP removal efficiency of biochemical section increased from 91.77%to 97.33%.The above results indicated that the efficiency of anaerobic phosphorus release,anoxic denitrifying phosphorus removal and aerobic phosphorus uptake were greatly improved,simultaneously the efficiency of anoxic TN removal was also enhanced,so that the TN removal efficiency of biochemical section increased from69.34%to 74.23%.When the denitrifying liquor recycle ratio improved from 200%to 250%,the TN and TP removal efficiency of biochemical section was improved not obviously.Considering the nitrogen and phosphorus removal performance and economy of BBSNP process,it was determined that the optimum denitrifying liquor recycle ratio was 200%.
