摘要
基于某南方滨海湿热气候厂址条件下"6+2"台核电机组扩建工程的特点,对机械通风海水塔群、自然通风高位收水海水塔和自然通风常规海水塔开展了技术方案比选和经济计算分析。给出了3种塔型的主要设计参数,探讨了降低建造运维难度的优化设计方案。对土建、塔芯装备、占地、防腐、噪声及环境治理、运维等开展了综合比选。根据技术经济分析,3种塔型方案均可实现机组对冷端配置的需求,结合厂址实际情况,给出了最优的推荐方案。研究结果可为滨海及近海核电厂的海水二次循环冷却方案设计提供参考。
Based on the characteristics of the expansion project of"6+2"nuclear power units in a southern coastal hot and humid climate plant site,the comparison and analysis of technical schemes and economic calculation of mechanical ventilation seawater towers,natural ventilation high water collecting seawater towers and natural ventilation conventional seawater towers were carried out.The main design parameters of three types of towers were given,and the optimization design suggestions for reducing the difficulty of construction,operation and maintenance were discussed.The cost of civil engineering,tower core equipment,land occupation,anti-corrosion,noise control and environmental protection,operation and maintenance were comprehensively compared and selected.According to techno-economic analysis,it is considered that all the three tower-type schemes can meet the requirements of cold-end configuration of units.Based on the actual situation of the plant site,the optimal recommendation scheme is given.The research results can provide reference for the design of seawater circulating cooling schemes for coastal nuclear power plants.
