摘要
文章介绍顾氏外科治疗哺乳期乳腺炎的学术思想,分别是内治贵早,以通为顺;分期论治,内外结合;首重阴阳,贵在详审等。这些学术思想在临床中的运用,使得顾氏外科治疗哺乳期乳腺炎疗效显著。对顾氏外科治疗哺乳期乳腺炎学术思想进行总结,有利于推动顾氏外科的传承与发展。
The article introduced GUs’surgical academic thoughts in treatment of breast-feeding mastitis.These academic thoughts were as followed:treasured early internal treatment and elimination method;determined the treatment plan according to the different stages and combined internal and external treatment;valued yin and yang firstly and analyzed pathogenesis in detail.The application of these academic ideas in clinical practice has made GUs’surgery effective in the treatment of breast-feeding mastitis.To summarize the academic thoughts of GUs’surgery in the treatment of breast-feeding mastitis is conducive to promoting the inheritance and development of GUs’surgery.
