补肺解毒汤加减联合化疗治疗中晚期气阴两虚型非小细胞肺癌疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of Bufei Jiedu Decoction combined with chemotherapy on advanced non-small cell lung cancer of type of Qi and Yin deficiency

目的观察补肺解毒汤加减联合化疗治疗中晚期气阴两虚型非小细胞肺癌患者的效果。方法将2015年6月—2017年9月遵义医科大学第五附属(珠海)医院收治的78例中晚期气阴两虚型非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组各39例,对照组患者给予常规化疗治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合应用补肺解毒汤加减治疗,2组均化疗4个疗程。对比分析2组患者疗效,观察2组患者治疗前后免疫功能[外周血细胞毒T细胞(Tc)、自然杀伤细胞(NK)、调节性T细胞(Treg)和抑制性T细胞(Ts)]、生活质量变化情况,统计2组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为82.0%(32/39),明显高于对照组的69.3%(27/39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前2组间NK、Tc、Treg及Ts细胞水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05),治疗后观察组Treg、Ts细胞水平均明显下降(P均<0.05),NK和Tc细胞水平则明显升高(P均<0.05),对照组以上各检测指标较治疗前均无明显变化(P均>0.05);治疗后观察组患者生活质量提高率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量降低率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间观察组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肺解毒汤加减联合化疗治疗中晚期气阴两虚型非小细胞肺癌可明显提高治疗效果,改善患者免疫功能及生活质量,安全性高。

Objective It is to observe the effect of Bufei Jiedu Decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer of type of Qi and Yin deficiency.Methods A total of 78 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer of type of Qi and Yin deficiency treated in the Fifth Affiliated(Zhuhai)Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from June 2015 to September 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,39 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Bufei Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 treatment courses of chemotherapy.The curative effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.The changes of immune function[peripheral blood cytotoxic T cells(Tc),natural killer cells(NK),regulatory T cells(Treg),suppressor T cells(Ts)]and quality of life were observed before and after treatment in the two groups,the side effect occurred was counted.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 82.0%(32/39),which was higher than 69.3%(27/39)of the control group(P<0.05);the differences in the levels of NK,Tc,Treg and Ts cells before treatment were not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05),the levels of Treg and Ts cells were decreased significantly,while the levels of NK and Tc cells were increased significantly in the observation group after treatment(P<0.05),there were no significant changes of these indexes after treatment in the control group compared to before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the rate of improvement in the quality of life of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the rate of reduction in quality of life was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The occurrence rate of side effect during treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Bufei Jiedu Decoction combined with chemotherapy can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,improve the immune function and quality of life of patients,and have high safety in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer of type of Qi and Yin deficiency.
