摘要
分析高速铁路长大隧道事故带来的严重影响及传统应急处置模式,提出长大隧道应急处置信息系统的建设需求和关键技术。重点介绍多源数据三维可视化提供的新型应急处置方式,阐述了数据管理、应急处置、系统管理3个方面的业务功能,对系统数据采集、管理、可视化等关键技术进行研究。以杨林隧道模拟救援方案为例,进行功能展示和效果分析,验证系统在缩减救援时间、降低事故损失及社会影响、提升铁路运营效益、推进铁路装备智能化建设等方面的作用。该系统为高速铁路长大隧道应急处置提供综合解决方案,可推广至桥梁等专业应用。
Through analyzing the serious impact of accidents in long and large tunnels of high speed railways and the traditional emergency response mode,the paper puts forward the construction requirements and key technologies of the emergency response information system for long and large tunnels,introduces the new emergency response mode provided by 3D visualization of multi-source data,expounds the business functions of data management,emergency response and system management and studies the key technologies of system data collection,management and visualization.Taking the simulated rescue plan of Yanglin tunnel as an example to implement function display and effect analysis,the paper verifies the functions of the system in reducing rescue time,lowering accident loss and social impact,improving the efficiency of railway operation and promoting the intellectualization of railway equipment.The system provides an integrated solution for the emergency response of long and large tunnels of high speed railway,which can be mirrored by the disciplinespecific applications such as bridges.
