摘要
通过分析日常巡检及联调联试不同速度级轨道质量指数(TQI)检测的一致性,表明其差异性主要与高低单项标准差相关;对比不同型号轨道检测系统的一致性,数字式轨道检测系统TQI检测值离散程度较小;分析高低检测项合成主分量原始信号功率谱,得到高低拉线位移计随检测速度的变化情况及噪声分布;在滤除位移计噪声并基于原轨道检测系统重放现场数据后,显示滤除噪声后的现场数据TQI一致性明显增强,因此高低拉线位移计的噪声信号是影响TQI检测一致性的主要因素。
The paper compares the track quality indexes(TQI)obtained from routine track patrols and those from the integrated commissioning and test at different speeds,the results of which show that the inconsistency is caused mainly by the standard deviation of track irregularity in the longitudinal direction.In the comparison of the inspection&testing systems of different track models,it is noticed that the TQI obtained in the digit-type system promise the least discretion.With the application of the stay displacement meter,the paper then analyzes the power spectrums of the original main and component signals obtained in the inspection of longitudinal track irregularity and identifies the development trend of displacement with the change of inspection speed and the noise distribution.Given that the exclusion of noise in the displacement meter prominently improves the consistency of the TQI collected on site,it can be said that the noise signal of the stay displacement meter presents a key factor to the consistency of TQI inspection.
