摘要 兴隆煤矿进风排矸立井在探揭3号突出煤层施工中,根据煤层瓦斯特性及实际工程条件,制定有针对性的安全技术措施,区域防突与局部防突相结合,裸孔释放瓦斯。为提高裸孔释放、消突效果,钻孔多沿工作面井帮布置,尽量减少工作面底板钻孔数量;并采用压气扫孔、及时清淤措施,收到了良好的效果。 During the construction of No.3 outburst seam detection and opening in a mine air intake and coal refuse lifting shaft of Xinglong Mine,according to the seam gas features and the actual engineer-ing conditions,the pertinence safety technical measures were set up and the regional outburst prevention and local outburst prevention were combined to the gas releasing of the open hole.In order to improve the gas releasing of the open hole,to improve the elimination effect of the outburst,the boreholes were set up along the mine shaft wall of the mine shaft working face in order to possibly reduce borehole numbers drilled in the floor of the working face.With the borehole cleaning with the compressed air and timely cleaning measures,good effect was obtained.
