摘要
目的:探讨闭环带教模式在临床实习护生中的应用价值。方法:选择2018年3-4月本院实习护生120名为研究对象,将其随机分成试验组(60名)和对照组(60名)。试验组在13个教学病区进行闭环带教模式,对照组在另13个教学病区继续选用传统带教模式。比较两组干预后护理实习学习成绩,包括理论成绩与实践成绩;分析教学后两组实践能力,包括沟通能力、创新能力和团队协作能力;统计两组干预后护生的学习能力,包括主动学习、被动学习及反感学习比例。结果:年度实习结束时,试验组护生理论成绩和实践成绩得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年度实习结束时,试验组护生学习能力中的主动学习比例明显高于对照组,反感学习的比例明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年度实习结束时,试验组实践相关能力中沟通能力、创新能力及团队协作能力得分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组实习护生临床思维能力和综合能力优秀人数均达到57名,均多于对照组的42名,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在护理教学过程中实施闭环带教模式,可有效提高护生学习成绩,培养其主动学习能力,提高实践能力。
Objective:To explore the application value of closed-loop teaching model in nursing students in clinical practice.Method:A total of 120 internship students from March to April in 2018 were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into experimental group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).The experimental group received closed-loop teaching model in 13 teaching wards,while the control group continued to use the traditional teaching model in the other 13 teaching wards.After the intervention,the learning performance of nursing practice in the two groups was compared,including theoretical and practical results.The practical ability of the two groups after teaching was analyzed,including communication ability,innovation ability and team cooperation ability.The learning ability of nursing students in the two groups after intervention was statistically analyzed,including the proportion of active learning,passive learning and disgusting learning.Result:At the end of the annual practice,the theoretical and practical scores of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).At the end of the annual practice,the proportion of active learning in the learning ability of nursing students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while the proportion of antilearning was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).At the end of the annual internship,the scores of communication ability,innovation ability and teamwork ability in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The number of nursing students in the observation group with excellent clinical thinking ability and comprehensive ability reached 57 cases,both more than 42 cases of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of the closed-loop teaching model in the teaching process of nursing can effectively improve the academic performance of nursing students,cultivate their active learning ability and improve their practical ability.
