经穴连续增强型体外反搏对心力衰竭患者的疗效观察

Effect of Continuous Enhanced External Counterpulsation of Acupoints on Patients with Heart Failure

目的:探讨经穴连续增强型体外反搏对心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年3月本院收治的72例心力衰竭患者,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各36例。对照组进行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上进行经穴连续增强型体外反搏。比较两组中医证候与心功能分级改善情况。比较两组治疗前后6 min步行试验距离及N端脑钠肽前体(N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide,NT-proBNP)水平。结果:观察组中医证候与心功能分级改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组6 min步行试验距离长于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组NT-proBNP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经穴连续增强型体外反搏可明显改善心力衰竭患者的中医证候与心功能,治疗效果显著,值得进一步推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of continuous enhanced external counterpulsation of acupoints on patients with heart failure.Method:A total of 72 patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,36 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with continuous enhanced external counterpulsation of acupoints on the basis of the control group.The improvement of TCM symptoms and cardiac function classification were compared between the two groups.The 6 minute walking distance and the level of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:The improvement of TCM symptoms and cardiac function classification in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 6 minute walking test distance of the observation group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of NT-proBNP in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous enhanced external counterpulsation of acupoints can significantly improve the TCM symptoms and cardiac function of patients with heart failure,and the therapeutic effect is significant,which is worthy of further promotion.
