急救医疗服务体系从事急救相关工作人员职业防护改进措施的研究

The Emergency Medical Service System Engaged in Research on Improvement Measures of Occupational Protection for Emergency Workers

目的:制定一套行之有效的改进措施,降低急救医疗服务体系从事急救相关工作人员的职业暴露率,提高其职业防护的执行率,从根本上减少急救医疗服务体系从事急救相关工作人员的职业危害。方法:根据导致急救医疗服务体系从事急救相关工作人员职业暴露率高、职业防护执行率低的相关因素制定相应的措施,在本市急救中心、医院急诊科和ICU给予实施,从中选取从事急救工作的100名工作人员为研究对象,比较其实施前后的职业暴露率及职业防护执行率。结果:通过实施一系列改进措施后,急救医疗服务体系从事急救相关工作人员的锐器伤等职业伤害发生率较实施前有明显减少,手卫生执行率、个人防护用具的使用率、发生职业暴露后的正确处置率、上报率均有明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:制定合理规范的管理制度、建立完善的职业安全教育体系、合理的物资调配体系和合理的排班制度可有效降低急救医疗服务体系从事急救相关工作人员的职业暴露率,提高其职业防护的执行率。

Objective:To formulate a set of effective improvement measures to reduce the occupational exposure rate of emergency related staff in the emergency medical service system,improve the implementation rate of their occupational protection,and fundamentally reduce the emergency related staff in the emergency medical service system Occupational hazards.Method:According to the relevant factors that lead to high occupational exposure rate and low occupational protection implementation rate of emergency related in the emergency medical service system,formulate corresponding measures and implement them in our city's emergency center,hospital emergency department and ICU,100 staff members of engage in emergency work were selected as the research objects,the occupational exposure rate and the implementation rate of occupational protection were compared before and after the implementation.Result:After applying a series of improvement measures,the incidence of sharp injuries and other occupational injuries of staff involved in emergency medical services in the emergency medical service system was significantly reduced compared with the previous ones.The hand hygiene implementation rate,the use of personal protective equipment,and the correct disposal rate and reporting rate after the occurrence of occupational exposure were significantly improved,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Establishing a reasonable and standardized management system,establishing a complete occupational safety education system,a reasonable material allocation system and a reasonable scheduling system can effectively reduce the occupational exposure rate of first-aid-related staff in the emergency medical service system and improve their occupational protection.
