医学规培生应对突发公共卫生事件的教育培训探讨——以2019新冠病毒疫情为例

Education and standardized training for residentsin coping with public health emergency through the example study of the outbreak of COVID-19

医学规培生是医院的后备力量,需要接受良好职业素养和卓越临床能力的系统性、规范化培训。以往的培训突出临床高层次医师、提高医疗质量、确保医疗安全等内容,而对突发公共卫生事件的培训不足,并且缺乏实训操作。在2019新冠病毒疫情中,我们引入对规培生的针对性教育培训,通过参与防控工作锻炼了他们的基本功,在实战中巩固了系统理论知识,让规培生积累了突发公共卫生事件的防控经验,提升了使用科学手段处置突发公共卫生事件的能力,有助于他们在大规模突发卫生事件中发挥积极作用,早日成长为保障人民健康的中坚力量。

Standardized training of residents is the reserve force for the hospitals,and systematic and standardized training with good professional qualities and clinical ability is needed to train clinical high-level doctors aiming to improve medical quality and to ensure medical safety.However,education and training for public health emergency are insufficient and there is a lack of practical training.Targeted education and training for residents’standardized training were introduced in the COVID-19 epidemic to exercise the basic skills of resident physicians,their system theoretical knowledge was consolidated and public health emergency dealing skills were improved.Through participating in the prevention and control work in the COVID-19 epidemic,their ability of using scientific methods to manage public health emergency has improved,which was helpful for them to play an active role in dealing with large-scale public health emergency in the future.
