摘要 国内外学者提出的“U-G-S”教师教育模式正在实践中进行多方面实验。但作为一种协同机制,各主体之间存在差异,例如办学主体的办学能力有待提高,教师教育的反馈机制有待进一步健全,协同机制有待进一步完善等等。为了促进“U-G-S”教师教育模式的进一步完善和发展,构建各主体间协同机制、构建教师教育信息资源共享平台、构建“互联网企业+U-G-S”教师教育模式很有必要。 Scholars at home and abroad have put forward the“U-G-S”teacher education model and tested it in practice.As a collaborative mechanism,there are differences between the main bodies.As the main body of running a normal university,the ability of running a school needs to be improved,and the feedback mechanism of teacher education needs to be further improved.In order to promote the further improvement and development of the“U-G-S”teacher education model,we should build a collaborative mechanism among innovative subjects,a platform for sharing teacher education information resources,and a“Internet enterprise+U-G-S”teacher education model.
