摘要
发展学生的核心素养是当前学校育人的大课题,但是现有的研究结论都是从结果的角度表征了核心素养的内涵,无法有效的指导教师的教育实践,因而教师培训课程需要在已有研究结论与真实教育实践之间建构有效的桥梁,帮助一线教师变革自我的实践经验。在区域教师培训中,我们建构了“研—讲—议—践”的深度学习模式,引领参训教师开展关于“核心素养的学理结构、经验结构、实践结构”的自主研究进而提升自我的育人能力。
The big subject of the current school education is developing the students'core literacy,but the existing research conclusion can't effectively guide teachers'education practice,which represented the connotation of core literacy from the angle of the results.So the teacher training course need to construct the effective bridge between research conclusion and real education practice to realize the change of first-line teachers'teaching experience.In the area teacher training practice,the learning mode of“research-speak-discuss-practice”is constructed,teachers carry out the research of academic structure,experience structure and practice structure.
