“一带一路”倡议下新疆高校外语教育多元化发展策略研究

A study on diversified development strategies of foreign language education in Xinjiang universities based on The Belt and Road Initiatives

建设“一带一路”,语言互通是关键。“一带一路”带火了小语种。本文以“一带一路”的国家战略背景为基础,立足区域经济对新疆外语人才的需求,选取外语专业设置比较有特色的新疆大学、新疆师范大学、石河子大学、喀什大学、伊利师范大学等部分高校,借鉴国内外多元化外语教育政策研究和教育实践,对实施新疆高校多元化外语教育提供可行性建议,旨在为“一带一路”经济发展与合作提供外语专业人才保障。

Language communication is a key of“The Belt and Road Initiatives”and thus minority language becomes more popular.Based on the national strategic of“The Belt and Road Initiatives”and the analysis of regional economic demand for foreign language talents in Xinjiang,this paper selects some universities with distinctive foreign language majors,such as Xinjiang University,Xinjiang Normal University,Shihezi University,Kashgar University and Yili Normal University.Drawing lessons from domestic and foreign policy research and educational practice,this paper provides feasible suggestions for the implementation of diversified foreign language education in Xinjiang colleges and universities,aiming at providing guarantee for foreign language professionals on“The Belt and Road Initiatives”economic development and cooperation.
