中医传统膏方的研究进展

Research progress on traditional Chinese herbal paste

中医膏方历史悠久,疗效确切,现代临床应用更加广泛。膏方的应用不仅仅局限于治病,现代应用更加注重养生保健。本文从膏方的历史源流,临床应用,药理研究,质量控制方面做一综述,并对膏方未来进行展望,针对膏方制作过程以及后期的质量控制及临床应用提出自己的见解,希望对膏方的发展起到一定参考作用。

Traditional Chinese herbal paste prescription has a long history,definite therapeutic effect and is more widely used in clinic.The application of paste prescription is not limited to curing diseases,modern application pays more attention to health care.This paper was to summarize the historical source,clinical application,pharmacological research and quality control of the formula,looking into the future of the paste,and putting forward my own opinions on the production process,quality control and clinical application of the paste,in the hope of providing some reference for the development of the paste prescription.
