居家康复期脑卒中失能患者健康素养与自我效能的相关性研究

Study on correlation between health literacy and self-efficacy of home-stayed disabled patients with stroke during rehabilitation period

目的探讨居家康复期脑卒中失能患者健康素养水平与自我效能水平的相关性,为提高患者的康复效果提供理论参考。方法便利抽样选取2019年8月—2020年1月辽宁省沈阳市某社区居家康复期脑卒中失能患者146例,采用一般资料问卷、改良Barthel指数量表、慢性病患者健康素养量表和慢性病自我效能量表进行调查。结果患者健康素养总分为(80.08±10.51)分,自我效能得分为(5.41±2.17)分;健康素养总分、信息获取能力得分、交流互动能力得分均与自我效能得分呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论居家康复期脑卒中失能患者健康素养缺乏,自我效能处于中低水平,且健康素养与自我效能呈正相关,应采取有效措施提升患者的健康素养,促进自我效能的积极发挥。

Objective To explore the correlation between health literacy and self-efficacy of disabled patients with stroke during rehabilitation period at home,and to provide theoretical reference for improving patients’rehabilitation effect.Methods A total of 146 disabled patients with stroke during rehabilitation period at home was selected from a community in Shenyang,Liaoning province from August 2019 to January 2020 by convenient sampling method.The patients were investigated by the general information questionnaire,Modified Barthel Index(MBI),Health Literacy Management Scale(HeLMS),and Self-Efficacy for Managing Chronic Disease 6-Item Scale(SES6).Results The total score of HeLMS and SES6 were(80.08±10.51)and(5.41±2.17);the total score of HeLMS,the subscale score of information acquisition ability and the subscale score of communication and interaction ability were positively correlated with the score of SES6(P<0.01).Conclusion The home-stayed disabled patients with stroke during rehabilitation period were lack of health literacy,and the self-efficacy was below the medium level.Moreover,the health literacy was positively correlated with self-efficacy.Effective measures should be taken to improve the patients'health literacy and promote self-efficacy.
