摘要
主起落架梁是飞机重要承力构件,也是全机最为重要的疲劳关键部位,对主起落架梁进行无损检测,及时发现疲劳损伤,对飞机修理方案的制定和确保飞机飞行安全具有重要意义。针对某飞机主起落架梁18长桁缺口部位先后进行了3次涡流检测和渗透检测,但各次检测结果不完全一致,可重复性不好。为查找原因,进行了第四次检测验证,检测结果和分析表明,飞机状态不同是造成检测结果出现差异的原因;对被检测件部位施加一定的静载荷,可有效提高渗透检测灵敏度。
The main landing gear beam is an important bearing component of an aircraft and a key component prone of a fatigue crack.Timely detection of the possible fatigue cracks though nondestructive testing are of great significance in the design of the aircraft maintenance solutions and in the guarantee of aviation security.Eddy current test and penetration test are performed three times on the 18th notch of an aircraft,but the results with incompletely consistent and the repeatability is bad.In order to find the reason,the fourth test is conducted to verify.The status of the aircraft is responsible for the difference in the test results.Applying a certain static load to the detected part can effectively improve the sensitivity of penetration detection.
