随着经济与社会的快速发展,现阶段我国各类企业面临的生存与发展压力不断提升,现代企业管理优化成为各界关注的焦点。基于此,论文简单分析现代企业人本管理存在的不足,并深入探讨基于人本管理思想的现代企业管理策略,希望研究内容能够给相关从业人员以启发。

With the rapid development of economy and society,all kinds of enterprises in China are facing increasing pressure of survival and development at this stage,modern enterprise management optimization has become the focus of attention.Based on this,this paper simply analyzes the shortcomings existing in modern enterprise humanistic management,and deeply discusses the modern enterprise management strategy based on humanistic management thought,hoping that the research content can inspire relevant practitioners.
