随着我国经济社会的飞速发展,招投标行业也在大力推进和发展,很多企业也逐渐将招标采购模式放在物资采购的重要地位。招投标效益的最大化实现是企业效益管理最大化的基础之一。因此,企业招投标管理在企业管理中就显得十分重要。论文从目前企业招投标管理中存在的问题进行分析,并提出企业招投标管理的发展现状及发展趋势展望,为招投标管理创新提出相关建议,以期为企业管理的发展提供帮助。

With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the bidding and tendering industry is also vigorously promoting and developing.Many enterprises gradually put the bidding procurement mode in the important position of material procurement.The maximization of bidding and tendering benefit is one of the foundations of enterprise benefit management maximization.Therefore,the enterprise bidding and tendering management is very important in the enterprise management.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current enterprise bidding and tendering management,and puts forward the development status and the prospect of development trend of enterprise bidding and tendering management,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the innovation of bidding and tendering management,hoping to provide help for the development of enterprise management.
