在办公室管理工作中,文秘工作与档案管理工作之间的联系十分密切,两者是相互促进的关系,管理部门必须加强文秘工作、档案管理工作的一体化。在科学技术水平快速提升的大背景下,计算机技术、网络技术已融入各个行业的发展中,核电行业也不例外。办公室需要明确信息时代文秘工作与档案管理工作之间的关系,深入分析两者存在的问题,并对其进行处理,确保文秘工作和档案管理工作的规范性。论文就加强办公室文秘工作与档案管理工作的一体化进行了分析。
In office management work,the relationship between secretarial work and archives management work is very close.The relationship between them is mutual promotion.The management department must strengthen the integration of secretarial work and archives management work.Under the background of rapid improvement of science and technology level,computer technology and network technology have been integrated into the development of various industries,including nuclear power industry.The office needs to make clear the relationship between the secretarial work and the archives management work in the information age,deeply analyze the existing problems of the two,and deal with them,so as to ensure the standardization of the secretarial work and archives management work.This paper analyzes the integration of office secretarial work and archives management work.
