摘要
当前我国的经济发展由高速度发展向高质量发展转型。对于企业而言,经营管理及营销战略也面临新的挑战。新的技术和理念层出不穷,如何把握机遇迎接挑战,是各个企业面临的共同课题。论文主要围绕新经济背景下中小企业营销战略变革,提出相应的思路举措。
At present,China's economic development is transforming from high-speed development to high-quality development.For enterprises,management and marketing strategy are also facing new challenges.New technologies and ideas emerge in endlessly.How to grasp opportunities and meet challenges is a common task faced by all enterprises.This paper mainly focuses on the marketing strategy reform of small and medium-sized enterprises under the background of new economy and puts forward corresponding ideas and measures.
