Analysis of the Development Opportunities and Challenges of Offshore Financial Market in Hainan

在庆祝海南建省30周年大会上,党中央决定支持海南全岛建设自由贸易试验区,这是我国在推进经济全球化进程中迈出的重要的一步,同时,也是我国建设特色社会主义市场的重要尝试。论文对海南借助自由贸易港政策发展离岸金融市场的机遇与挑战进行了研究,并采取SWOT分析法探究了海南开展离岸金融业务的重要性和可行性,并就如何发展离岸金融业务提出了新的思路。

At the gathering celebrating the 30th anniversary of the founding of Hainan Province,the CPC Central Committee decided to support developing of Hainan into a pilot free trade zone,which is an important step in promoting the process of economic globalization,and it is also an important attempt by China to construct a socialist market with characteristics.This paper studies the opportunities and challenges of Hainan to develop offshore financial market with the help of free trade port policy,explores the importance and feasibility of developing offshore financial business in Hainan by using SWOT analysis method,and puts forward new ideas on how to develop offshore financial business.
