对深化相对集中行政许可权改革的思考

Reflections on Deepening the Reform of Relatively Concentrated Power of Administrative License

随着我国行政审批制度改革的不断深化,特别是在国家对其越来越重视的新时代,深化相对集中行政许可权改革至关重要。这既有利于加快法治政府建设,也有利于进一步深化行政审批制度改革,所以需要引起重视。论文对此进行了研究和探讨,在简要分析深化相对集中行政许可权改革重要性的基础上,重点分析了存在的问题,并就如何深化相对集中行政许可权改革提出优化对策。

With the continuous deepening of the reform of administrative examination and approval system in China,especially in the new era when the state pays more and more attention to it,it is very important to deepen the reform of relatively concentrated power of administrative license.This is not only conducive to accelerating the construction of law-based government,but also conducive to further deepening the reform of administrative examination and approval system.So this needs attention.This paper studies and discusses this,based on a brief analysis of the importance of deepening the reform of relatively concentrated power of administrative license,focuses on the analysis of existing problems,and proposes optimization countermeasures on how to deepen the reform of relatively concentrated power of administrative license.
