NEP检测下呼气流量受限指数在支气管哮喘患儿诊治中的指导价值探析

Guidance value of expiratory flow restriction index under NEP test in diagnosis and treatment of children with bronchial asthma

目的探讨呼气相气道内负压(NEP)检测下呼气流量受限指数在支气管哮喘患儿中的临床应用价值。方法选取2017年1月至2019年2月郑州大学附属儿童医院收治的182例支气管哮喘患儿,根据检测方法的不同分为NEP组和常规组,每组91例。对患儿呼气流量受限指数进行NEP检测和常规肺通气功能检测。结果NEP组肺功能检查完成率高于常规组(95.60%vs.79.12%)(P<0.05)。两组支气管舒张试验前后第1秒用力呼气流速占预计值百分比(FEV1%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);NEP组支气管舒张试验后3、5分呼气流量受限指数均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支气管哮喘患儿利用NEP检测呼气流量受限指数完成度高于常规检测,可行性优于常规检测,可辅助临床判断患儿病情。

【Objective】To explore clinical application value of expiratory flow restriction index(EFRI)under negative expiratory pressure(NEP)test in children with bronchial asthma.【Methods】A total of 182 children with bronchial asthma who were admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were enrolled.According to different test methods,they were divided into NEP group and routine group,91 cases in each group.NEP test and routine pulmonary ventilation test were performed on EFRI.【Results】The completion rate of lung function examination in NEP group was higher than that in routine group(95.60%vs.79.12%)(P<0.05).Before and after bronchial dilation test,there was no significant difference in forced expiratory flow in the first second as a percentage of predictive value between NEP group and routine group(P>0.05).At 3 min and 5 min after bronchial dilation test,EFRI in NEP group was lower than that in routine group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The completion degree of detecting EFRI by NEP test in children with bronchial asthmais is higher than that by routine test,with better feasibility,which can assist in clinical determining of childrens'conditions.
