摘要
介绍了5G的底层技术及技术支撑下的三大应用场景,利用5G应用场景和底层技术保障,借助传感技术和方便快捷的网络部署方式,打造了基于5G技术的智能工厂。分析了智能工厂所拥有的属性,如设备互联、远程交互等。利用5G网络的大带宽、高速率、大规模接入以及低时延高可靠的特性,通过将5G技术深度融合到工厂中,探讨了工厂从生产、物流、维护、监控等方面实现智能化的途径。
This paper introduces the underlying technology of 5G and the three application scenarios under such technical support.Specifically,by means of 5G application scenarios and the underlying technology support,the 5G technology based intelligent factory is built via the sensing technology as well as the fast and convenient network deployment modes.The properties of an intelligent factory are analyzed,such as device interconnection and remote interaction.By taking advantage of such characteristics of 5G network as large bandwidth,high speed,large-scale access and high reliability with low time delay,the 5G technology is deeply integrated into the factory,and the ways for realizing factory intelligence from such aspects as production,logistics,maintenance,and monitoring are discussed.
