摘要
针对某钢铁企业原有污水经处理达标后外排、未充分进行深度处理后回用、生产水的重复利用率较低等问题,对污水处理的预处理进行改造,降低污水硬度,后续新增超滤和反渗透装置,使产水指标满足企业生产用水要求,减少污水排放,提高生产水的重复利用率。
In a certain iron and steel enterprise where its post-treatment waste water was discharged in line with the standard but was not recycled after adequate deep processing,such issues as the low recycle rate of production water were exposed.In view of the above,remolding of for wastewater pretreatment was conducted to reduce water hardness,and new ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis devices were added to ensure that recycled water indices meet the enterprise’s requirements for production water,reducing waste water discharge and elevating the recycle rate of production water.
