摘要
介绍了羰基法生产醋酸过程中采取的一些稳定蒸汽管网措施,总结了增加废热锅炉回收反应热、高温冷凝液闪蒸回收低品位热源、优化反应液体系等措施,实现单位醋酸产品能耗的大幅下降。
In this paper,certain measures adopted to stabilize steam pipe network in the process of producing acetic acid via the carbonyl method are introduced,and such measures as adding the waste heat boiler to recover reaction heat,recovering low-grade heat source via high temperature condensate flashing,and optimizing the reacting liquid system are summarized,the result of which is a significant reduction in energy consumption per unit acetic acid product.
