基于QC方法提高小型闸站工程模板的安装质量

在小型水工建筑物工程施工过程中,模板安装质量的好坏,直接影响到混凝土的外观质量,进而影响到混凝土的整体质量。通过在高邮市横泾河上段整治工程中开展QC小组活动,找出影响模板施工质量的主要因素,确定研究课题,通过制定对策并组织实施,模板的安装质量有了极大提升,为混凝土施工质量提供了保证,也为后续工程模板施工质量的控制提供了借鉴。

The quality of template installation directly affects the appearance quality of concrete,and then it affects the overall quality of concrete in the construction process of small hydraulic buildings.The main factors affecting the quality of the template construction is discovered through QC team activities during the governance project on the upper section of Hengjing River,Gaoyou,and the research subject is determined.The template installation quality have been greatly improved by making countermeasures and organizing their implementation,thereby guaranteeing the concrete construction quality and controlling the subsequent project template construction quality.
