高校安全文化水平测量与分析——以某工科院校为例

Measurement and Analysis of Safety Culture Level in Colleges and Universities Taking a Polytechnic College for Example

为了提高高校安全文化的建设水平,选取北京市某工科院校大三、大四2个年级9个专业的大学生作为测量样本,并将其划分为安全类、社科类、自然科学类3个群体,运用问卷调查和SCAP系统分析等方法,对其进行安全文化定量测量研究。结果表明:该校整体安全文化认知水平较高,且安全科学类学生的安全文化认知水平高于社科类和自然科学类,大四年级高于大三年级,但对于元素安全的重要性、安全的主体责任、对安全投入的认识、各类安全规章的作用、安全价值观形成程度、安全部门的作用、安全检查的类型、安全业绩对待方式、总体安全期望的认知水平较低。该校的安全文化建设可针对以上元素实行重点建设,并利用追踪测量以衡量其建设效果。

To improve the construction quality and level of safety culture in colleges and universities,undergraduates of nine majors in the junior and senior year of a polytechnic university in Beijing are selected as the survey samples,and they are divided into three groups of safety science,social science and natural science.The assessment of safety culture cognition level is carried out by quantitative measurement using questionnaire survey and SCAP(safety culture analysis program)system analysis.The results show that the overall safety culture level of the university is great and the students of safety science have the higher cognition level of safety culture than students of social science and nature science.But most students behaved poorly in the element importance of safety,primary responsibility for safety,understanding of safety investment,the role of safety regulations,the degree of formation of safety value,the role of safety department,the type of safety inspection,the way of treating safety achievement,and overall safety expectation.Accordingly,it is suggested that this university should mainly focus on the construction of the above element.At the same time,periodical tracking and assessment for the effect of construction are also crucial.
