安全工程专业创新创业能力培养体系构建 被引量:6

摘要 为提升安全工程专业人才创新创业能力,培养符合企业需求和社会发展需求的高素质高水平安全工程专业人才,对国内外工程教育培养模式、国内外安全教育及工程教育专业认证背景下安全工程专业教学改革及创新能力培养现状进行系统回顾,构建了工程教育专业认证背景下安全工程专业创新创业能力培养体系,并具体分析其3个子体系——课程知识体系、支撑平台体系和协同路径体系的内涵、途径与方法。湖南工学院安全工程专业创新创业能力培养实践表明,“面向全体学生”的实施方式、“导入专业教育”的有效路径与“融入人才培养全过程”的培养模式有利于学生创新创业能力的提升,促进了毕业要求的达成。 In order to promote the creative ability and entrepreneurial competence of safety engineering and cultivate high quality and level of safety engineering talent to meet the demands of corporations and social development,the fostering models for engineering education and safety education for safety engineering at home and abroad were systematically reviewed.Also,the current situation of teaching reforms and creative ability fostering for safety engineering under professional certification for engineering education were analyzed.And then,a new model for creative ability and entrepreneurial competence for safety engineering was put forward and the content,path and method of its subsystems including knowledge system,supporting system and path system were analyzed.The fostering practice for creative ability and entrepreneurial competence for safety engineering in Hunan Institute of Technology showed that the"benefiting all students"practicing model,"integrating into professional courses"path and"immersing into the whole undergraduate process"were beneficial to enhance the creative ability and entrepreneurial competence and achieve the graduation requirement.
