如何对特种作业人员进行培训考核管理,一直是摆在管理者面前的难题。本文基于近2年对常州市精准考培模式的实践与思考,以危险化学品特种作业人员为研究对象,通过分析考培工作中存在的主要问题及原因,提出构建精准考培机制的对策与建议,试图找到构建危险化学品安全作业精准考培机制的有效路径。

How to carry out training and assessment management for special operators has always been a difficult problem for managers.In this paper,based on the practice and thinking of Changzhou precision training and examination model in recent two years,the main problems and reasons in safety training and assessment work are analyzed taking special operators of hazardous chemicals as the research object.The countermeasures and suggestions for constructing accurate examination and training mechanism are put forward,so as to find an effective way to construct the accurate training and assessment mechanism of hazardous chemical safety operation.
