摘要
本文主要研究了初中班主任在班级管理工作中常见的问题,并提出了一些具体的改进策略,希望能够对实际工作起到助益作用。初中阶段的班级管理并不容易,初中生正处于特殊的成长时期,学生的自我意识较为强烈,对班主任的管理工作极容易产生叛逆情绪,而且学生的大部分青春期逆反心理都会在学习生活中呈现出来,初中班主任既要正向引导学生的行为处事,还要督促学生的课业学习,所以班级管理工作中时常发生矛盾。
This article mainly studies the common problems of the junior high school teacher in class management,and proposes some specific improvement strategies,hoping to help the actual work.Class management in junior high school is not easy.Junior high school students are in a special growth period.Students have a strong self-awareness.They are prone to rebellious emotions in the management of the head teacher,and most of the adolescent rebellious psychology of students will be presented in their study and life.The teacher in charge of the junior high school class should not only guide the students'behavior,but also supervise the students'academic study,so conflicts often occur in class management.
