摘要
微课程是近年来出现的一种新的学习资源,具有很高的价值,适合在包括小学数学在内的各个学科中推广。笔者探讨了微课程在学生不同学习阶段的作用,为广大小学教师公平使用微课提供了参考。本文从微课堂的产生、学生微课堂的使用指导、教师教育结构的适应性设计等方面阐述了教师如何适应和控制微课。
Micro-course is a new learning resource that has emerged in recent years.It has high value and is suitable for promotion in various subjects including elementary school mathematics.The author discussed the role of micro-courses in different learning stages of students,and provided a reference for the majority of primary school teachers to use micro-courses fairly.This article expounds how teachers adapt and control micro-classes from aspects such as the generation of micro-classes,the guidance of students'use of micro-classes,and the adaptive design of teacher education structure.
