摘要
采用超声辅助法提取皂角液,制得含天然皂角成分的洗发液,探讨洗发液配方对产品泡沫高度和去污率的影响。结果表明,洗发液中AES、CAB-35、皂角提取液、6501的最佳配比分别为15%,4%,10%,4%,同时添加阳离子瓜尔胶和聚季铵盐7作为调理剂。产品性能优良且成本低,具有良好的市场应用前景。
Ultrasonic assisted method was used to extract Gleditsia sinensis Lam.from shampoo containing natural saponin components.Influence of the foaming height and decontamination rate of the product on shampoo formula were investigated.The result showed that the best ratio of AES,CAB-35,extract of Gleditsia sinensis Lam.and 6501 was 15%,4%,10%and 4%,respectively.At the same time,polyquaternium-7 and cationic guargum were added as conditioner.The formula had excellent performance and low in production cost,which had the prospects for a broader market application.
